Junior CRM Project Leader to Bona in Malmö

Bona is on an exciting journey and they are growing. Therefore they are now opening up for the opportunity to join them as a Junior CRM Project Leader. You would become part of a team today consisting of four skillful colleagues and report directly to Bona’s global IT Manager. You would be located at their office in Malmö, just by the central station.

Responsibilities
In the position as IT Project Leader you will be responsible for Bona’s CRM-system, identifying areas of improvement and leading development projects of the system. You will also:
Provide assistance to system users and help to resolve issues 
Main responsible for testing of the CRM-system


You will be given more and more responsibility over the CRM-system and also other systems over time. 

Qualifications
To succeed in this position you have:
Previous experience as a superuser within CRM-systems, or previous experience configuring/implementing CRM-systems.
+3 years working experience
Post-secondary education
Fluent in English, both written and spoken


Good to have:
C4C and/or SAP ERP-experience 


Personal Competences
To be successful in this position we believe that you are service minded and have an eye for detail. You are structured in your work and have an analytic mind. Since you will be working closely with colleagues and users of the CRM-system you will have to have great communication skills and enjoy working together with others. As a person you also have to be driven and responsible.
