Job Description


Are you an experienced creative, passionate and professional JR/Assistant Designer and would you love to work with our Menswear Fancy jersey & License Concept? Then this might be the role for you!
We look for a Junior/Assistant Designer, who will be responsible for assisting the Senior Designer working with our fancy jersey products. Together with the rest of the team, you will be involved in developing the collections sold worldwide in all the H&M markets and omni channels. You will contribute with updated fashion insights for our target customer with your fresh ideas, energy, creativity and fully global perspective. High pace and rapid changes are a natural part of our day. We think you are a quick learner with good communication skills, and a flexible attitude with capacity to adapt to changes, is essential.




Qualifications


We are looking for you who have:
A BA qualification in Fashion/Textile Design
1-2 years work experience as a Junior Designer/ Design Assistant
Strong and fast skills in in Adobe Suite programs
Attention to detail and high knowledge of textile materials
A visionary mindset with true passion for mens fashion, current and future trends
A strong customer focus and commercial mindset
Strong communication skills and a true team player
A highly organized and structured work routine
Capacity to work in a fast-paced and everchanging work environment
A strong self drive and able to take own initiatives
CLO 3D work experience is highly meriting
Experience from License design work is meriting
