OM TJÄNSTEN
The Electrolux wellbeing embedded technology team are looking for a software development engineer. They are looking for a junior engineer who can join the team and make software for their products in floor care, air care and other small domestic appliances. Examples include robot vacuum cleaners, stick vacuum cleaners and internet-connected air purifiers.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The team programs the devices in C and C++, and use various other languages and tools for our development and test environments. Your software will sometimes be running on the bare electronics, so you need to understand how hardware works.
Some of the products are connected to the internet, some of them have operating systems, some don’t, so there is a variety of systems to work on.

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at our client’s company. The assignment will be full time with start immediately until 31/8 2021 with very good chances of being recruited to Electrolux after that.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Newly graduated within software development or 1-2 years work experience


* Someone who thrives as part of a team, and is ready for a two-way exchange of ideas and competence.
* Have an understanding for how hardware works


It is a plus if you have:


* Good mathematics/geometry knowledge
* Experience with source code version control
* Experience of python, linux, patience
