Junior Financial Application Developer

You will be part of the Product Development department which is responsible for developing, packaging, testing, and documenting our world-class FRONT ARENA product for trading and risk management.We work in small development teams consisting of around 10 persons focusing on a certain financial area.Your work will be done in close contact with our customers, domestic as well as international.This position is with the Credit Team and requires both technical skill and an interest in complex financial valuation. Skills and Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess a solid academic background in such areas as software engineering, mathematics and financial theory.Preferably, you should also have experience in financial instruments.Suitable applicants for this position will show: -Strong academic merits coupled with a keen interest in finance.-Experience of basic software development concepts like client/server, object oriented programming etc.-Programming knowledge in C/C++ and preferably Python, SQL.-Possession of strong skills in the areas of analytics, communication in English and interpersonal relations. This position is especially suitable for applicants who have recently completed their academic studies or with some working experience from the software/finance industry.
