In the role as a first line support, you will be part of a department of 6 people working with support and infrastructure internally. The department works against all offices around the world, which means that most of the work duties will be in english. This is a consultant assignment, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work for a 6 month assignment where you will be working as a consultant at Nepa. For the right person, there are great opportunities to be recruited or extended on the assignment.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Responsibility for keeping track of support cases
* Administration of new and existing users
* Support colleagues with general computer problems
* Manage ordering and administration of computers, mobiles and other materials for employees
* Working with infrastructure
* Document processes and develop/update existing manuals
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Have some earlier work experience in a support role or customer service
* Has good general knowledge of computers and a great interest in IT
* Speaks and writes fluently in English as the business language is English
It's a plus if you:
* Has an education in IT
* Has experience and knowledge in Active Directory
* Have other relevant competencies e.g. network, infrastructure, etc.

* Structured

* Start: No later than august
* Work extent: Full time, 08.00-17.00, weekdays.
