Junior Java Developer / Tech Knowledge Engineer

At Artificial Solutions we create solutions that help our clients automate their customer support.Some of our clients that use our solutions are IKEA, Swedish Customs and Vodafone.We have offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Hamburg, Copenhagen and Paris and are about 100 employees.The office in Barcelona is situated close to Plaza Tetuan on calle Caspe. We are currently looking for a "junior java developer / technical knowledge engineer" to our office in Barcelona.We are offering a international environment with challenging projects and good career development paths You will be part of a team working with project and product development, integration solutions and technical consultancy.You will often be involved in all parts of the development processes, from analysis and design to implementation and testing.You will be working in technical knowledge engineering solutions, methodology, standards and quality assurance.You will also be involved in training junior technical knowledge engineers. To be a successful candidate you are self-motivated (work autonomously) as well as a good team player who enjoys fast changes.Your work is well structured and thoroughly documented.You probably have a academic IT background and around one year of work experience.You also have know-how on technical project management.You have experience with: - Agile methodologies.- Object oriented design and modeling - Java development: J2SE, J2EE - Java tools and technologies: Ant, Junit, Netbeans, Spring , Apache Tomcat, - Database modeling and programming - XML, HTML, CSS and Javascript - Flash, actionscript We are looking for native speakers of 2 or more languages (mainly German, French, Italian, Swedish, Spanish, apart from English).Other languages will be a strong plus.
