The role

MAJORITY is looking for a Junior Lifecycle Manager to join our team in Stockholm. We are seeking data driven candidates with a background in engineering, business or marketing.

In this role you will be part of MAJORITY’s Growth team, and you will report to the Head of Lifecycle Management and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities 


Creates personalized communication flows throughout the user lifecycle 

Operationally responsible for the implementation of campaigns across channels

Identifies opportunities to increase conversion and retention rates

Implements and evaluates experiments to improve the performance of our campaigns

Helps us develop a deep understanding of our customers and their behaviours



Qualifications:


1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role

Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or other relevant fields

A commercial mindset and know-how of CRM / lifecycle management

Experience working with customer engagement platforms like Braze

Experience with one or more templating languages, HTML and CSS

Previous experience from working in a high growth company is appreciated

Fluency in Spanish is a must.
