Vistaprint is looking for various junior Marketers who will support the Nordic marketing team and will help to coordinate the email marketing initiatives as well as provide general marketing support to team and will coordinate the implementation of the campaigns.
The Role
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and enthusiastic, and can help push the jobs through internal departments and external partners with ease.This position offers a very wide vision of the marketing channels and good potential career growth.Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, your performance will be measured against monthly and quarterly targets representing a continuous level of support and sales growth.


Responsibilities:
.Provide marketing support to the different channel managers in the local team in creating email campaigns
.Set up campaign materials and coordinate all trafficking and testing of creative with external partners
.Constantly update and monitor creative
.Prepare all appropriate documentation to manage marketing campaigns including: campaign planning and test matrices
.Act as liaison between the channel managers and our in-house creative team
.Run reports on request and assist in the optimization of campaigns
.Provide overall administrative support to the marketing team
.Maintain and develop effective relationships with external advertising partners
Requirements:
.BA or equivalent degree in Marketing, business or similar degree
.Previous experience of marketing / sales would be a strong plus
.Basic knowledge and understanding of the online market
.Proactive and with a positive "can do" attitude
.Strong analytical and time management skills
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
.Planned and disciplined, detail oriented and precise
.Self-motivated and able to work independently
.Fluent in one Nordic language; Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish
.Fluent in English is a must
.Knowledge of HTML is a plus
