Junior NLP Engineer

At Noteful, we believe in delivering uniquely tailored financial news and analysis to our customers. As an NLP engineer you will help us improve and develop our NLP services, to change the way people digest news and make decisions.
What are my responsibilities?
• Use effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features
• Deploying models to production
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
• Run machine learning tests and experiments
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
• Train and retrain systems when necessary
What should I bring?
• You should be comfortable working and collaborating in a team
• You should be familiar with Agile and DevOps engineering practices
• You should be able to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
• You should have an understanding of text representation techniques (such as n-grams, bag of words, BERT), statistics and classification algorithms
• You should have experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
