Job Description
Do you want to be part of strengthening H&M Divided assortment? Be part of a creative team that works in agile and collaborative ways with the young and trendy Divided customer in focus? Are you curious and driven, eager to meet our customer´s expectations and beyond? Are you a creative Junior Pattern maker with a passion for Divided’s fashion? Then we would love to meet you!
As a Junior pattern maker at this section, you will work with dresses’ product group including a variety of different styles and qualities. You will work alongside the responsible pattern maker and it is a great chance to learn and develop your skills as this is the biggest product group for the Divided Assortment.
As a Junior Pattern Maker you work in a fast pace environment with new challenges and exciting projects all the time. You follow the products from the first sketch to the final garment, are a part of fit sessions, send measurement and fit reports in the order follow-up system and you are a crucial part of ensuring that the product quality is kept up to standard. We have come far in the digital journey and work in a fast pace to capture the needs and wants for our exciting ever-changing young customer.


Qualifications
We believe that you as a successful Junior Pattern Maker have a great drive and energy – always looking to improve the product. You are a true team player but has a strong ability to work on your own and take decisions. You enjoy solving problems and work in a high pace while still being accurate with a strong attention to detail. You are open minded and have a positive attitude, as well a great sense of fashion and style - keeping yourself up to date with the latest trends! We believe you are visionary, like to inspire and give input to the team as you work towards common goals within sustainability, creativity, inclusion & diversity.
Degree within Pattern Making and/or 1-3 yrs work experience as junior pattern maker
Skilled and passionate working with patterns, fit and technical solutions
Work experience of Lectra Expert
Previous experience working in 3D CLO or other 3D systems is highly meriting
Have a good eye for size & proportions and knows grading
Good knowledge for materials and fabrics
Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions
Growth mindset
