Junior Payroll Consultant

TMF has a strong track record of growth and now operates out of 100 offices in 75 jurisdictions.

We are looking currently to recruit a Junior Payroll Consultant for the TMF office in Stockholm which is situated on Södermalm in Stockholm. The required qualification and skills are as follows:

One to three years experience of working as payroll consultant;
Attention to details and good organizational skills;
Experience with working in an international environment is a plus;
Previous work experience from consultancy firm or similar work is a plus;
Previous experience in working with the payroll software Hogia Plus is a plus;
Good IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software and with Excel in particular;
Good communication skills and service-minded;
Action oriented / initiative oriented;
Fluent in Swedish and English;

The Junior Payroll Consultant shall report to the management and the responsibilities of the position are the following:

Responsible for our payroll clients and organizing our payroll client files;
Monthly calculation of salaries for our clients, reporting and communication with our clients and third party providers and year-end payroll reconciliation;
Be proactive and take initiative to clarify issues, identify savings and efficiency for clients;
Any other tasks assigned by the direct/indirect supervisor/manager or the management board.
