Junior Product Manager to Oriflame Cosmetics

Junior Product Manager Responsible for Product Management for minor launches Support Category team in managing key category documents, also support product manager(s) in the day to day management of NPD.Administrative support for category SPECIFIC ISSUES . Clear understanding of the NPD constraints, particularly timing . Truly ensuring the various NPD tasks are all done on time: pro-actively start any task that is next due . Build excellent relations with packaging technology, purchasing, artwork team, catalogue team (CDC), formulation team (GTC), catalogue planning, regional marketing . Build good relations with suppliers QUALIFICATIONS .University degree . 1 year working experience in marketing preferably FMCG in an international environment . Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated . Good IT knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet COMPETENCIES . Result orientated . Customer focused: regions, markets, purchasing, packaging, consultants, end consumers .Good communicator . Great autonomy . Highly organised - attention to details .
