Responsibilities
To ensure that the Non Conforming Reports (NCR) are recorded and otherwise handled in accordance with the responsibilities described in the MSD-0025, NCR MCC. 
Give support to the production lines with regard to technical problems in the production process.
Administer and perform internal repairs of such a nature that can be verified in subsequent, regular inspections.
Carry out initial fault analysis.
Give feedback to the operators and team leader regarding operator errors. 
Registration of new NCR reports.
Material transactions in SAP as well as management of substitute material.
Handling of goods within complaints to suppliers, scrapping etc 
Close NCR reports.
Escalate to "1st line support" if necessary.

Other:
Produce statistics from the NCR processes.
Be a member of Qpuls meetings.
Actively participate in the productions meetings.

Quality System Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements according to the role or function.


Qualifications
Engineering degree with relevant focus.
Strong knowledge and experience in production.
Master both the Swedish and English langiage in speech and writing.
Good computer skills.

Personal qualities
Very interested in and curious about technology.
Solution oriented.
Teamplayer.
