Junior Project Manager

At Universum we are not familiar with the term "limits".With an average age of 30, the Universum team has intense and creative work days.As the global leader in our field we meet new challenges continuously in our work with Employer Branding and help our clients to reach one goal: To have a strong appeal on their current and future ideal employees.Our business is expanding fast both with new clients and new products and we need more stars to keep growing.You will be an integralpart of the team growing the business and participate in all areas of our work.You will help us to find new clients and to strengthen our relations with the current ones.You will also work with our relations with the universities and be involved in all the seminars and other events we perform annually.To work with development of consulting projects and media products is also a part of your responsibilities.Qualifications You are currently in your final year of studies at a top university or in the beginning of your career, available for full time employment at the latest 1st of January 2008, ideally with experience from the local business committee of the student organization.To be successful you need to driven, self confident, flexible and take your own initiatives.You must furthermore be confident in handling many tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.Business level fluency of English is a requirement.You will be based at our head office in Stockholm but frequent traveling to your local market is required.It is an 8-month project based employment with excellent growth potential for the right person.Universum is a dynamic organization that is growing fast and there are opportunities for further employment within Research, Consulting, Marketing and Sales and Media for the successful candidates.We help our clients to reach one goal: To have a strong appeal on their current and future ideal employees.To this aim we provide our clients with services in the field of Research, Strategy and Communications.
