Junior Recruiter

You will work on different tech roles across Nordics. You will mainly interact with your colleagues when supporting them in recruitment-related topics. You will be in contact with passive and also active candidates, you will work on various projects which help you to learn about all aspects of recruitment. You will leverage technology to create effective tracking of your efforts and reporting for your stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will help identify, assess and attract talent for McKinesy Digital and beyond.
In this role, you will help identify, assess and attract talent for tech-consultant roles. You’ll work directly with candidates and internal clients guiding them through our process. You will create effective sourcing strategies and optimize recruiting resources to identify and recruit the best candidates.
You will be also part of talent attraction initiatives. You will be involved in and be responsible for broader value-add projects improving our recruiting operations locally and regionally. You will work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and organize candidate attraction events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in recruitment ideally focused on tech hiring
Experienced and open to learn direct sourcing skills
Flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-sensitive environment
Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
