We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Junior Sales Support Analyst with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
This position is varied, requiring you to do everything from daily customer service and client interaction to planning and facilitating listing ceremonies and monthly training sessions, invoicing administration and follow-up, and participating in change projects to improve our internal processes and expand our offerings.


The Junior Sales Support Analyst's responsibilities include:
Planning, preparing, and facilitating listing ceremonies
Coordinating and administering monthly training sessions for listed company boards and management teams
Assist in the updating of our web pages, the development of sales and marketing materials, the hosting of customer events, and the maintenance and updating of client data in our CRM system.
Take part in, coordinate, or lead cross-Nordic projects aimed at improving our business processes or services.
Follow up on projects and prepare invoice documentation for the accounting department once they are completed, as well as other invoicing documentation preparation.
Oversee and review data related to the issuer's corporate actions, and prepare invoicing documentation based on this information.
On a monthly basis, standard checks are performed on system-generated data files in accordance with a protocol to ensure that they are accurate.
Before invoicing, monthly standard checks on system-generated data files according to a given protocol are performed to ensure their accuracy.
To keep up with any news and developments in the function, we maintain regular contact with our business controller and accounting department.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:


Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
The position requires a person with a keen eye for detail and the perseverance to get things right, as well as an understanding of our business model and the ability to see the big picture while always keeping the customer in mind.
Understanding of financial markets and products
Knowledge of how to set up and lead webinars
Worked with Salesforce or another CRM system in the past
At least 3 years of experience is required.
Have a basic understanding of the business of the listing, which you will gain during the training period.
