You will work with abstract programming, which makes it appealing to you as a motive of methodical working methods such as; Switch problems, analyze, program, test and document and report results. You get to work with emulators and simulators, where you get to simulate the latest processors in radio technology.

The project you will work on concerns the development of the 4G and 5G network and here TietoEvry leads the development globally.

Arbetsuppgifter
We are now looking for Junior Developers for Embedded systems and C-programming to our site in Karlstad. You will be working as a software developer in projects developing Radio Access Technologies such as Baseband Processing Functions and Radio Functions within LTE and 5G. With us you will develop high technology solutions together with our customers in close cooperation with colleagues in Agile Scrum teams. You will find ways of improving and developing solutions for our customers. The development process stretches through analysis/study, implementation and test which is suited if you are motivated by methodical ways of problem solving. The code is close to the hardware but with a distinct abstraction layer which makes it software oriented. You will be working closely with other developers, architects and system managers to solve your team assignments.

Vi söker dig som
You probably have a master's degree in Data / IT and have experience of programming in Linux and C. Education in electrical engineering, technical physics with a focus on programming is also relevant.

You can easily learn new things, question familiar patterns and take your own initiative. It is important to us that you want to continue learning new technology, collaborate with your colleagues and both acquire and share knowledge. If you are interested in radio communication or other search-near technologies, it is a plus in the edge!

During the first 6 months, you work as a consultant through Professionals Nord and if the cooperation has worked well, you have good opportunities for continued employment with TietoEvry.
