Description:
The HR team in Stockholm needs some support and we are searching for a creative, meticulous, driven and enthusiastic recruiter to join us for at least 6 months. Are you a team player with a passion for recruitment who loves being the go to person for candidates and hiring managers?
This is the chance for you who have some experience in recruitment, but feel you also want to learn some parts when it comes to HR in a fast-paced industry. Our greatest asset is our people and we need a dedicated resource to coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process in partnership with the HR Manager, HR Advisor and hiring managers. This is a great opportunity where you will work within a multicultural fast-paced environment together with our TA and HR team members globally to develop the recruitment processes for the business.
You will coordinate administrative tasks related to the successful running of the HR function e.g., BambooHR administration, onboarding processes and acting as a source of support for anything candidates, managers, employees and third party providers may need. We expect you are organised and thorough by nature, have a positive and professional approach and always happy to lend a helping hand when needed! The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador for ComeOn Group as an ‘employer of choice’ through their activities. They will also love talking to people, have a focus on ensuring we have a positive working environment with an emphasis on building a community at work.
So... What will you be up to?
Recruitment - 80%
Recruitment in Stockholm, Umeå, Istanbul - and if needed, other locations
Review Job Descriptions from hiring managers, to have complete info and adapt to ComeOn tone of voice to attract the best talent
Advertise vacancies through appropriate channels (following process as business needs require)
Talent sourcing – proactively using channels to search for talent, aside from receiving direct applications (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub & StackOverflow)
Making sure the recruitment process runs smoothly by regular follow up with hiring managers on status of candidate’s application
Screening applications, conduct HR screening interviews and organise the interviews and assignments on behalf of hiring manager
Maintaining the roles on Workable (recruitment system)
Give and negotiate offers with candidates we believe are successful
Keeping track of talent acquisition costs and compiling reports as and when requested
Proactively increasing our candidate pool for future growth and suggesting better ways of working
Providing feedback/updates to candidates and hiring team
Propose creative and engaging recruitment material and advertising
Updating content on career page/social media channels/intranet relating to recruitment
Be a brand ambassador and represent the ComeOn experience at all times

HR Administration - 20%
Creating new employee profiles in our HR software
Assist in Contract of Employment setup and onboarding process
Ensuring that all employee files are up to date with relevant documentation
Being a point of contact for benefit and insurance questions as well as assisting in managing covers
Supporting employees with local administration
Assist in updating existing procedures and creating new ones
Work on global and local projects with the HR teams from our other offices
Offboarding administration of employees



Requirements:
Native level Swedish speaker and fluent in English
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree from personalvetarprogrammet or equivalent
About 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, tech recruitment is highly preferred and will be considered a huge plus
Comfortable with using an ATS and advertising externally
Well organised, have a good attention to detail and takes own initiatives
Fast learner when it comes to new software and flows

...and some nice to haves:
Previous exposure to some HR related work
Experience with Linkedin Recruiter
Experience with global recruitment
Experience working with consultancy agreements and setups would be considered a plus.
Creativity, think of ways to ramp up for example our ads and rejection emails
Self-driven to start up tasks and projects
Proactive and enthusiastic; taking initiative and readiness to help others out
Knowledge of Workable (ATS) and BambooHR (HR system)
