Junior Tiktok Account Manager

Job description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior TikTok Account Manager. Reporting to the Manager of Social Media, the TikTok Account Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing TikTok accounts for our clients. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and dive into the Social Media world of TikTok.
Collaborating with content creators, our Project Coordinators, and our Marketing Team is essential. AIgenerated content creation, content publishing, and staying updated on the newest trends are part of the game. Analysing data to report on account performance, and Video editing is on your list too. This role is located in Saint Julian's, Malta, and includes flexibility for some remote work.


Requirements
. Understanding and practical experience with AI tools for content generation.
. Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop content ideas that resonate with TikTok's diverse user base.
. Strong communication skills, to collaborate effectively with content creators and internal teams.
. Video Editing Skills.
. Ability to analyse data and report on account performance.
. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in TikTok's algorithms and trends.
. Experience working with other social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.


Training provided:
Inhouse training will be provided. Team leader and colleagues will be involved to give you all the knowledge you need for this position.

Private health insurance after probation period (6 months). Hybrid working, you don't have to be full-time at the office, after your training period. After your probation period and when you are fully training, and able to work on your own, you can apply to work from abroad for a few weeks per year.

Salary:
24,000 Euro Gross p.a.
