Key Account Manager

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.Through UCG recruitment we also help companies with permanent staff.All our openings require at least three years work experience from the IT business. Your key responsibilities will be: Business Development Your responsibility will be to develop and harvest the relationship with leading mobile/fixed operators and/or established partners in Nordic market. Project and Resource Management You will co-ordinate the activity for your team (commercial and technical) and other sales team overseas to ensure achievement of the customer's strategic objectives. Relationship Building and Networking You will be representing at relevant internal, external and marketplace events.Reporting and Analysis You will be measuring business development success, and reviewing the sales strategy.Ideal Candidate Profile Experience At least 5 years in the telecommunications industry Good technical and marketing understanding of 3G, Mobile services, FTTX and mobile devices Excellent knowledge and understanding of how Operators work, including a solid contact network in the Nordic telecom industry Experience of working with different cultures and managerial methodologies.Experience of managing external third party environments and working in virtual teams.Skills & Personal Attributes Proactive, target driven and result focused - with a track record of delivering against objectives and business development targets Good verbal and written presentation skills.A creative thinker, able to develop different approaches and ideas Good interpersonal skills in terms of influencing, negotiating and listening Fluent English both written and spoken (English is the Company language).Please note: Business trips within North Europe and overnight stays may be required.
