Tieto Financial Services offers high-value-added IT services and solutions to banks, insurance companies and financial services providers.We are the leading service partner and vendor in our home market.In addition, we are one of the leading product-based solution vendors in the selected countries.Our home market is in the Nordic countries, the Baltic countries and the UK, and we also operate in Russia, employing a total of 2,100 people.Customers include Handelsbanken, If P&C Insurance, Ilmarinen, Nordea, Royal Bank of Scotland, Danske Bank/Sampo Bank and Swedbank.As a Key Account Manager, you will maintain and develop the long-term relationship with one of Tieto's major banking clients, growing and enhancing business co-operation.By providing new solutions and offering consultative ideas, you will make the client - and your account - even more successful.While seeking to get closer to the client organisation, you will operate in seamless conjunction with all of Tieto's service, product and special skill providers.The key account responsibilities include net sales, total contract value, customer benefit index and all other business related to your appointed client.You will manage all - also executive level - relations between Tieto and the client, develop and package solutions together with the sales team, and oversee all bids, offers and negotiations.The Delivery Managers at Tieto Financial Services will quality-assure the deliveries to your client, but you will make sure that the overall involvement of Tieto constitutes a positive client experience, including the service delivery.Our ideal candidate holds a university degree and an excellent track record from corporate level sales, preferably of IT services to the financial industry.You have working experience from Application Management, Operational Management and/or Application Service Management business.You are a project manager, team player and negotiator with great sales drive and networking skills.Perhaps most important is the ability to intuitively grasp your client's needs and translate them into prosperous business for both parties.
