We are a successful, expanding Market Research Agency in Gothenburg who is seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager who will be responsible for the management and relationship of new and existing customers. You will engage in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination, strategic planning, negotiation and innovative development of opportunities. Excellent oral and written English is imperative. Preferably having worked for British or American companies, you will be required to communicate in English effectively on all professional levels. You must have solid presentation skills both in person and on the telephone and be proactive and professional in your approach to our Clients. Personal characteristics: You are trustworthy and reliable. You are a good listener and find proactive solutions to client needs. Can handle "multi-tasking" and are good at prioritizing. Flexible and easy to work with. Good team player and sociable. This company is growing rapidly and with a strong senior management team in place has designs to grow further over the next few years.
