We are now looking for our new star in sales - our new Key Account Manager. Are you a good relationship-creating analyst with good negotiating skills? Then this is a role for you! Join us on our growth journey where you get to manage our biggest customers and expand our customer portfolio in the real estate industry.
As a Key Account Manager at Aareon Nordic you will pro-actively and independently manage our key customers. You will also have the responsibility to proactively and independent develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, interact at ‘C’ level within customers organizations and the full sales process including preparation of account plans as well as the preparation of price proposals, quotations and the process of orders. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in developing our sales processes within KAM.
We think that you are service-minded and solution-oriented. You have a good analytical skill and are a good negotiator. You are also used to working in a structured and systematic way with your own sales processes.

· Relevant higher education
· 10+ years in similar role
· Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech & writing
· Documented sales experience with good results
· Experience of Enterprise resource planning (ERP)
We see it as meritorious if you have previous experience in the real estate industry.
