Here at the Off Highway (OFH) Business Unit at Kongsberg Automotive (KA), we have established a first-class reputation as a Tier 1 supplier of premium driver controls to the world leading manufacturers of Construction and Agricultural vehicles.
With Engineering and Production teams located around the globe, we excel in the design and manufacture of steering column systems, foot pedals and hand controls.
About the position
We are seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to be located in the Gothenburg/Ljungsarp/Mullsjø region of Sweden, to manage the sales accounts for all our Scandinavian OFH customers, including one of the largest customers within our OFH Business Unit.
This KAM will be in the enviable position of taking over a well-established, strong portfolio of existing sales, ongoing development projects and a wide network of key customer contacts.
The strategy in place with these customers is already forecasting a strong sales growth, but we are seeking a dynamic KAM, who can not only execute on the current plan, but seek out and deliver additional opportunities to boost our future sales even further.
About you

We will need you to be confident in developing the existing customer connections and in forging new, long-lasting, trust-worthy relationships with the key decision makers at the customer.
You will be productive, thorough, reliable and methodical in executing your day-to-day activities to achieve the best result for KA.


Required:
- BS Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Evidence of clear understanding and/or experience in Technical Sales.
- Business fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
- Good working knowledge of computer systems; MS office, MRP.


Desirable:
- Experience with the Construction, Agriculture or Material Handling vehicle market(s).
- Experience in technical sales of mechanical and electro-mechanical products.
