Now you have the opportunity to work for this world-renowned brand as they are looking for their new Key Account Manager for the Danish market.

Worktasks
Reporting to the Scandinavian Sales Director, the Key Account Manager will manage all aspects of selling the companys products and customer related operations in the Danish market. You will display Canada Goose values, have an entrepreneurial spirit and feel passionate about building a world class brand!

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, control and perform sales activities within the Territory to obtain sales volumes at the desired profit margins
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential retailers
• Establish and maintain contact with the Territory’s existing and potential accounts
• Conduct sales education seminars, including product knowledge and training for staff within all key-accounts
• Work closely together with the Customer Experience and Finance team in Stockholm
• Handle warranty issues with retailers
• Conduct continuing appraisal of the Territory’s pricing, distribution, and other sales policies and procedures
• Prepare a sales forecast for budgeting and planning of sales, production, and control of inventory
• Prepare a budget for the Territory’s operating expenses
• Effectively engage and leverage internal resources within the company to successfully drive the business in the Territory
• Works closely with and contributes to the European sales team, in addition to being responsible for Sales in Denmark
• Resolve customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management
• Play an active role in support of Marketing and PR activities
• Attends and works at all necessary tradeshows as required

Extensive travel is required.


Your profile
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a Diploma or Degree, preferably in a business related field. You have several years of experience operating in the market area with outdoor and fashion brands. It is required that you are fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal.

You are a self-motivated, innovative professional with a commitment to excellence, with a strong knowledge of the Danish retail landscape.

Furthermore you have:
• deep understanding and extensive knowledge of the Territory’s Fashion and Outdoor apparel industries
• Clear strategic mindset for selection and maintenance of distribution channels
• High energy, enthusiasm, and vision to drive the brand forward
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both regionally and globally
• Ability to contribute to a cross-cultural global work environment
