Job Description


We are looking for A Key Account Manager for External brands at Afound, where you will be part of our fast-moving marketplace within the H&M Group. Afound is expanding rapidly into new markets and we seek entrepreneurs, self-starters and people who like to make things happen. You are a strong team player who is open minded and highly solution oriented.
Overall role
Your responsibility is to strategically make the customer deal a reality, from initiating strong potential business opportunities with external stakeholders. The role includes responsibility for building collaborations, negotiating and produce the best deal together with our marketing department. You plan, recruit and partner manage and ensure the assortment offering is on key with our business plan.
To succeed in this role you have a long sales/entrepreneurial lifestyle/retail background and can work independently as well as in a team. You are highly communicative and used to negotiating and has an action oriented as well as analytical mindset. You have excellent organizational skills and can manage working with a multitude of varied stakeholders at the same time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for bought and marketplace assortment strategy of our portfolios, on category and brand level
You drive recruitment and build the partner collaborations strategically, to ensure relevant assortment choices for sellers
You ensure to achieve shared goals & targets, through support with relevant data and suggested actions to your partners
Negotiating (margin/volume/commission etc) with partners to ensure a profitable growth
You constantly drive allocated sales targets through the set strategy and activations in collaboration with marketing





Qualifications


Extensive lifestyle/retail sales experience on managerial level
Experience from multibrand and working with external brands
Entrepreneurial mindset and action oriented initiator
Strong business negotiator – both internally and externally
Solution oriented, like work in a fast decision making and everchanging marketplace environment
Highly communicative and collaborative, used to work in cross functional roles in large organizations
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to turn the findings into immediate actions and follow up with sales reports
Result oriented with a genuine interest in sales
Global and diverse mindset shown as a natural part of your way of working
Strong English skills, verbal and written
