[ Your responsibilities: - Devise and implement new processes, share best practice and provide ongoing support within the sales team.- Deliver key business initiatives to maximise the impact of New Releases and other customer marketing activity.- Devise and implement promotional programme in partnership with the Retail Marketing Manager within the agreed budget, with focus on planning, sale and implementation.- To develop and manage positive cross functional customer focused relationships in order to initiate and deliver a mutually beneficial business plan.- Identify and exploit business opportunities through the use of market, consumer and retailer data to support effective planning.- Manage ongoing senior management contact with both businesses.Communication systems to highlight issues, opportunities and key successes.- Liase with Operations team to obtain clear, accurate and detailed market, and sell through data from designated accounts Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience in B2B Key account management is mandatory - A good understanding of the SME sector - The position require experience from FMCG - Experience of developing and delivering business development initiatives in conjunction with customers - Highly numerate and very commercially aware - Tough negotiator with good gravitas - Accountable, proactive, driven personality with a do it today attitude [
