We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a: Key Account Manager Norway Universum Norway consists of a team of five people working in sales and marketing.As we are rapidly expanding, both with new clients and new products we are strengthening our local sales team with a Key Account Manager.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Your focus will be on sales of advanced research tools and communication solutions within the field of Employer Branding to existing and prospective clients in Norway.In your daily work, you have a large amount of freedom, but at the same time, there are high demands on your performance.You will take part in business development activities such as; product launches, product development and events in order to strengthen relationships and boost sales.In time the role will become more focused on strategic issues and business development.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - 3-5 years relevant professional experience, ideally from a leading international services organization.- Experience from B2B sales.- Proficiency in English and Norwegian, additional language skills are a merit.- Experience of research based sales and selling communication is beneficial but not a prerequisite.PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Positive team player who is comfortable in a dynamic environment - High performer who takes initiative - Target driven and solutions-orientated.- Highly motivated with potential to excel to a management position.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - You will be based at our local office in Oslo.Frequent traveling is required.- The remuneration is a combination of a fixed salary and a performance related bonus.
