About the role
In the role as Key Account Manager OEM you will be responsible for particular OEM accounts and report to Director OEM. The Key Account Manager proactively manages the business with selected key accounts and commits to increase sales to these accounts

To be successful in this role it is important to have a proactive, relentless sales focus, and always act as liaison between customer and Ålö’ s organization. In this role you will develop new opportunities with existing and new key accounts. You will be the interface between the customer and the Quicke stakeholders, such as Product management, R&D, Purchasing, Customer Service, Logistics and Marketing. You will negotiate terms and conditions. You will represent customer interests towards Quicke and vice versa. This includes identifying customer needs and applying a solution-based approach. The position is located in Umeå, and since you will work worldwide you are expected to travel up to 50 %.

Your profile
You have many years of proven, progressive selling experience in a global, industrial B-2-B environment (+5 years). You also have ability to build strategic internal and external relationships across all levels of the organization. Since you in this role will collaborate with different stake holders both internal and external, it is important that you have strong communication, organizational & commercial skills. To succeed in this role, it is important to possess the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and demonstrate effective salesmanship in a professional and ethical manner.

We are looking for someone with a broad experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies to build innovative product experiences. Have you also knowledge of the AG industry and related machines, we see it as meritorious.
