MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Your focus will be to manage and develop key accounts, strengthen and develop customer relationships.Through team work you will execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets in China.You will also travel to visit existing and potential clients in designated cities in China or the APAC region.Furthermore, you will be responsible for administering client accounts, recording and maintaining client contact data.Coordinating with other function teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project management is also part of the role.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - 3 to 5 years sales or account management experience - Background in HR or a business consulting related field is a plus, but not required - Good negotiation and communication skills, both English and Mandarin - Undergraduate / Master?s / MBA in Business, Marketing, etc - Skilled in MS Office PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Positive team player who is comfortable in a dynamic environment - High performer who takes initiative - Target driven and solutions-orientated.- Highly motivated with potential to excel to a management position.- Goal orientated, works well under pressure ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - You will be based at our local office in Shanghai in China.
