Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will be to manage and develop the commercial relationships with our commercial vehicles customers in the automotive industry. This includes pricing, commercial negotiations, forecasting & planning, contract management, business development, product development support, marketing support and customer relationship management. In this role, you work as part of a cross-functional local and international team to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities as well as secure existing businesses and support customer change requests. You have a management role with two direct reports and you reports to the Director Commercial Vehicles based in Gothenburg.
Together with the team, you develop and execute an account strategy that brings profitable and sustaining growth. In this position and as part of the team you act as the voice of the customer within the organization and represent the interests of Bulten at the customer. A big part of the role is to build strong and lasting relationships with key players in various departments across the customer account.

Your background
We are looking for a business driven person with technical knowledge that want to join our skilled global sales team. We work closely with our customers listen to their needs and deliver customized solutions to help improve their productivity, protect and grow their brands, and stay ahead of industry trends and regulations. You have a Bachelor degree in engineering or business, as well as 5+ years experience in Key account management, Account Management, Business Development, Purchasing or Product Planning within the automotive or similar industry. It is an asset if you have experience from our business. Due to the nature of the role fluent English and Swedish is necessary.
