Key Account/Sales Manager for Lifestyle Hotel

MAIN PURPOSE: Under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Key Account/Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing rooms / F&B / Conference and Banqueting business for all Swedish c/o Hotels from a defined account base as well as proactively uncovering new prospects and maximizing conversion of business in line with the Hotels' budgetary goals. SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS: Attend any trade fairs as a representative of c/o Hotels, ensuring that that the quality image of the organization is portrayed, and that every opportunity is taken to promote the c/o Hotels brand. Compile and execute monthly sales action plans as agreed with Director of Sales & Marketing. Communicate any obstacles to completing action plans to Director of Sales & Marketing. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: *Must be able to read, write English and Swedish. *Must possess good computer skills. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Hotel/Restaurant or Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years' hotel or tourism sales management experience required.
