What is New Minds Academy?
New Minds Academy is our 12-month program, where you will be formally employed by New Minds with an attractive salary package, while working within challenging commercial projects at your chosen company. Through a hands-on approach, we believe that you will strengthen your professional skills and grow both technically and socially.
After completing the Academy, our ambition is for you to have the tools needed to take the next step within your chosen company. In previous years, our academies have covered exciting areas such as Autonomous Drive, Cloud Development, Artificial Intelligence and Software Development in R&D. The academy programs are created together with our partners who have an urgent need for young engineering competences within these areas.

Your profile
We are looking for a self-driven team player with high ambitions. You are structured and have experience of complex engineering tasks where you have successfully applied your analytic skills.
As a person, you are curious and innovative and you have a great interest in cars and new technology. You care about people around you and you get things done. It is required to have a good knowledge in the English language and your communication skills, as well as ability to build relationships, should be proven strong.
You have earned a B.Sc. degree, or as meritorious M.Sc. degree, within Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Physics or equivalent level of education.
Experience of Matlab, Simulink and/or C,C++
Fluent in English

It is preferred if you have experience from system engineering, software or hardware design within the automotive sector. However, your personality and ambitions is more central than extensive technical experience.
