We are looking for an enthusiastic and self driven cook with experience in South Indian cuisine, to join our team at Stockholm! As part of our kitchen team, you will:
1) Independently prepare popular south indian dishes (eg: dishes from Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Kerala etc.)
2) Assist rest of the kitchen team in preparing food
3) Ensure that the kitchen, processes and materials all confirm to food & safety regulations
4) Understand raw materials locally available and incorporate them in south indian recipes
5) Possess good understanding of various allergic substances and different dietary preferences
6) Have a passion for 'healthy' food and organic food
7) Be able to deliver a great south indian taste experience to our guests every time!
