Inom vår uthyrningsverksamhet söker vi en kommunikatör för ett långt uppdrag hos ett stort internationellt tillverkningsföretag. Uppdraget startar omgående och pågår under ca 1 år. Position description: Respond to worldwide customer contacts (e-mail, telephone, letter & fax) providing a customer (end-user) interface with the company with regards to product quality, dealer and Sales Company issues. You have worked with customers in a call-centre like environment, preferably in an international environment. You are familiar with foreign cultures.You must have ability to prioritise own workload, good communication skills, be organised with proactive attitude, computer literate in Word and be a strong team player. You have ability to handle stress, good creative writing skills, primarily in English. Other languages, especially Spanish, French and German would be of benefit. Please note that both written and spoken English will be tested at interview. It is not mandatory to speak/write Swedish perfectly - but must be able to handle certain telephone issues.
