We are now looking for a new employee to our team who delivers and supports our different Projects - a complete solution for project, portfolio, and resource management - to Vanadis Consulting customers.


About the service:
In the role of Support Consultant, you will meet our customers in the first contact when they need support. You will handle, troubleshoot and investigate cases, and coordinate Vanadis case flows by assessing, prioritizing and escalating cases to the right team/function. You are responsible to fulfill customer support (it can be other company tasks that have an agreement with Vanadis consultant).
Depending on the task, the employee is able to perform the job.
