Are you our new office cleaner? We are looking for a self-leading, disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible individual who can work independently on evenings and weekends. You need to excel in Digital, Social and Security.


You need to have at least twelve months of experience or Professional Office Cleaning. You will become a member of the Stockholm City Team of Cleaners.
Gnistra runs the organization using a digital business system; most of our business data is digital, which means all team members need to be digitally savvy. And...this goes for you too.
The team distributes the projects according to skills and logistic, rather than politics. You will become a member of an organization that hates corporate mambo-jambo and the power games that are, oh, so common in the cleaning industry.
You have a positive mindset and look for solutions rather than problems and be ready to work hard because the office cleaning work is sweaty and demands a healthy body. The upside is all the free workout you get.
We all write and speak English at work. You will work at our costumer's office in Stockholm City.

This is what we think you are:
You are computer- and smartphone literate.
You are fluent in the English language, both in talk and text.
You can work evenings and weekends.
You have twelve months of experience in professional cleaning.
You have a high level of personal responsibility.
You are detail-oriented.
The work is done in the evening time, mostly individually.
At Gnistra Städ you will perform regular office cleaning duties, dusting office tables, picking dirty cups, vacuum cleaning, and mopping.
Most of the other team members meditate, pray, do yoga, and have different spiritual practices; all of us are striving for excellence. One cleaner is a black belt karate instructor, for instance. The team we have right now, in spring 2020 is the best team we have ever had, and it is a bliss to go to work in this environment.
As we work in high-security environments, we perform background checks on our co-workers.

This position is for SEK 13000 monthly salary.


Hour salary is 139,59 Kr
OB1, 19:00-24:00 is 20,84 Kr
OB3, weekends is 40 Kr
