Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) is the unit within Purchasing that is responsible for quality assurance in purchased material at our suppliers.
The quality assurance work is done in cooperation at our suppliers. The employees are working in a European organisation (EO) cross brands (Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and Ford). The SBO organisation works with the harmonisation and alignment of for example strategies, procedures, communication and competency issues for the STA organisation.

Job Description:
Develop and manage STA training strategy for STA European operations, and lead plans to include Supplier's involvement to training.
Lead the CQDC work together with the Global organization and external educators (Global STA training program).
Establish a common STA training structure and competency tool for Europe.
Support programmes developed to improve Purchasing awareness of core quality processes.
Develop and manage overall communication for STA European Operations and
STA Brands including leading the strategy work, its assessment and strive towards communication targets.

Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent work experience
Fluent in oral and written English
Extensive Microsoft Office skills
Experienced in working cross-functionally
