We are looking for a person who wants to work with quality assurance and improvement in the telecom industry. Your task is to drive, support and coordinate improvement/quality work, in New Product Introduction and Transfer Product Introduction projects and in the maintenance phase to End of Life. The work includes: - To drive/support activities in order to accomplish high quality of the product/process in New Product Introduction projects. - To train and support in quality issues and methods. - To drive and/or participate in improvement projects. The factory is working as a New product Introduction unit and as a Master-Unit for sub-contractors. This means an environment with a high degree of flexibility and constantly changing conditions. Master of Science, Bachelors degree or equivalent knowledge obtained by internal training or several years of experience in the area of quality engineering and managing improvements. Product knowledge within GSM and WCDMA is an asset. Female candidate is also a plus. Competence: Experienced in quality tools and methodology used in e.g. Six Sigma, SQAP: statistical methods as well as change management skills. - Experienced from work in projects - Good communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and written. - Previous experience of work with suppliers is a benefit. - Result-oriented, customer-focused and strong sense of urgency.
