För placering hos kund i Stockholm söker vi en kvalitetsprojektledare enl nedan, för anställning så snart som möjligt. ½ Time - Product Quality Manager (PQM) for an existing platform project. ½ Time - Drive a Platform Quality Improvement Project that will engage the complete SW organization. Competence -The PQM needs to be very good in driving platform quality work on an operational level, in which also a number of major suppliers are involved. -The PQM need to define quality goals, break them down to each supplier and subproject. - The PQM also needs to ensure that the subprojects / suppliers are capable of reaching the defined goals and requirements, and - if needed - help them reaching their goals. This requires leadership skills as well as good communication skills. - The assignment also includes detailed work like compiling reports (mainly excel and word), handling document plans, etc. It is very important that the reports are correct, which requires high accuracy in the work. Experience - Prio1: .. Previous experience of quality management in SW organisations .. - Previous experience of quality and improvement work together with suppliers .. - A solid track record of delivery to time, quality and cost .. - Very good communication skills and ability to handle both human and technical issues that will arise. .. - Self driving, energetic, a good communicator and team worker. .. Positive & decisive with highly developed leadership and influencing skills. Ability to motivate and drive people from a wide range of disciplines, cultures and backgrounds is vital. Prio 2: .. -Familiarity with a formal Project Management methodology (PROPS, PPS) .. -Familiarity with Six Sigma and CMMi .. - You will be a qualified ISO Lead Auditor .. -Previous experience in telecommunications industry Även uppdragstagare med egen firma är intressanta.
