Responsibilities
In this role you will work within a team focusing on the aerospace and metal fabrication industry and we are starting an exciting journey going from air tools to electric tools. This is something that is questioned more and more often by our customers. As a lab engineer, you will have an important role in this transformation. Our common goal is to develop innovative and sustainable solutions benefiting customers, society and the environment.


You will join a team of eleven engineers with different roles - mechanical engineers, lab engineers and coordinators – together we are responsible for a product portfolio consisting of grinders, drills, percussive tools and more. We work in smaller teams where a mechanical engineer and a lab engineer often drive the development of new products or improvements in our existing portfolio. You will develop verification plans, perform tests, analyze test results and suggest solutions. You will also drive improvements when it comes to methods and test equipment.


Assembling, disassembling and working with troubleshooting
Perform tests according to test specifications 
Define verification plans and test time planning for projects  
Write and review reports 
Travel to customers, retrieving customer feedback and upholding customer relations  
Maintain test equipment including calibration
Drive improvements when it comes to methods and test equipment
Apply customer and regulatory standards


Qualifications
As an ideal candidate you are handy, used to assembling, disassembling and working with troubleshooting. We believe that you have been working with electromechanics for a couple of years. You have experience from error proofing, mechanical testing and are comfortable writing objective reports. You are used to reading mechanical drawings and are fluent in both English and Swedish.

As a person you are structured in planning and follow up. You are entrepreneurial and a true team player with a “can-do” attitude, easy to interact with as well as eager to learn.
