About the assignment
You will be a part of a team responsible for the the labour law issues at our customer, as well as a global governance for the entire company. They are in an industry transformation with new challenges to bring out the best in people. If you are the right person for this job, you will realize the opportunity to play a key role for the development of way of working within the Labour Affairs area. You will work in collaboration with local People Experience and managers within Manufacturing as well as the unions and the employers´ association. You´ll see how coaching and supporting in labour law issues will drive positive change throughout the company, and how the results in terms of you being a good negotiator and good networker will contribute both to the company´s growth and to your own professional development.

You will be working with both workers and salaried employees, union negotiations and labour law issues and agreements, managing personnel issues, working hours, wage systems as well as labour law related projects and trainings. 

About you
To be considered for the position above you will need the following: 

• University education within the Human Resource and/or Engineering area or corresponding experience
• Some years´ experience in working with either labour law issues, working hours schedules, wages/salaries and other benefits or production system
• Knowledge in labour law and interest in collective labour agreements
• Experience of union collaboration and negotiation work
• Good communication skills, oral and written, both in Swedish and English

Meritorious
• Understanding of production environment and processes

Lastly you have a structured and driving personality with an ability to embrace challenges with curiosity, as this is required for you in this position.

About the assignment
The assignment is set until 2021.02.26 but with good chances to the prolonged. You will be offered an temporary employment at Adecco.
