Lead analyst

Purpose: Lead analyst for the company's main product Description/responsibilities: Lead and take part in the analytic work of defining and specifying complex, enterprise-transforming solutions Managing large, high complexity software product development projects, with financial responsibilities Managing outsourcing of separate parts and/or processes of the development Review functionality of enterprise level business applications Take part in designing joint functionality and integrations internally between the separate products in SafeTool's product suite, and externally with existing business applications in our customers IT-environment Minimum Education and Qualifications: Extensive experience of project management required, relevant education is preferred Extensive experience of analysis and specification required Experience of outsourcing development projects preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required Experience in writing use cases, modeling, following requirements through to production and training developers in business issues required 7+ years experience in software development projects required Exceptional communication and people skills required English and Russian fluent in speech and writing required
