Job Description
We are now looking for an experienced Architect, within the area of office/workplace architecture and design. You have an overall understanding of and experience from spatial development, from conceptual work to full scale detailing and a great interest in workplace design.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Design and develop concepts and architectural solutions for our offices globally
Plan, lead and execute the architectural layout process for specified office projects
Support colleagues and external architects with the architectural layout process for specified office projects
Research and keep up to date in architectural design and workplace trends

You will join H&M Groups Corporate Real Estate Department, a great team with wide experience within office real estate and workplace development. The team is responsible for the company’s office portfolio consisting of more than 500 offices globally. With offices at the heart of how we work, creating fit-for-purpose workspaces is more important than ever before. As part of our team you will help us realize office projects all over the world.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role we believe you need the following:
A university degree within architecture and/or interior architecture
At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably within the area of office/workplace architecture and design
Deep knowledge about workplace trends in an international environment
Good understanding of the various stages of a real estate project, from initiation to completion and follow up, i.e. lease negotiation, design, procurement and construction
Relevant Project Management skills, being able to overlook and manage multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholders
Good professional skills in English, both written and spoken
User of Auto CAD Architecture or other relevant CAD software to create 2D and 3D design
Enjoy a high pace with a lot of responsibility in an entrepreneurial environment
