Lead Designer in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Lead Designer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:
You will lead Design Innovation and/or Design Identity projects for the Wellbeing Consumer Experience Area as a Lead Designer in Experience Design.
You will lead mid-term innovation projects through research, analysis, and knowledge synthesis, assisting our long-term Vision to have an impact on our near-term Floor Care and Air Care portfolio projects.
You will drive the translation and evolution of our Wellbeing Design Identity, setting the direction for the portfolio solutions, based on our brand visual languages (for Electrolux, AEG, and Frigidaire).
You are an expert in experience design and can plan and lead cross-functional creative sprints or workshops. You foster a culture of design critique within the team, ensuring that the challenge's goal is to drive decision making.
You will help to shape the agenda and steer the conversation within projects about experience design, and you will be responsible for informing processes and approaches to problem solving and leading others to solutions.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Service Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is required.
5+ years of relevant professional experience is required.
Outstanding creative management and informal team-leading abilities
Expert software skills and general computer literacy (Adobe, Microsoft etc)
He/she must have strong motivation, ability to learn, and teamwork.
