About this opportunity

Digital Wealth Engineering within One Digital is a product and technology focused area supporting the business needs of Digital Wealth in Wealth Management.​ Digital Wealth deliver digital solutions for customers and advisors within the Savings and Investments area and are also supporting the Omni channel strategy in Nordea within the Savings and Investment areas.
We are currently looking for a Lead Developer to a team that is going to be established. The team will in the coming years, amongst other, be responsible for establishing Performance Insight solution, enabling full insight for customers and for Nordea on how our customers savings, investment and pensions are developing over time. This is one of the most asked for digital products by our customers. You will together with the team, and colleagues across the bank, ensure these customer expectations are met. The position is based in Stockholm.


What you will be doing:
-   Take a lead role in creating a solution that contains huge volumes of transaction data
-   Will participate in analyzing which technologies should be used for the solution
-   Participation in creation the overall architecture for solution with other team members
-   Act as a system architect for the data solution in scope
-   Ensure that synergies with other system/solutions are harvested.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
-   Have deep analytical skills
-   Have collaborative skills
-   Proven innovative technical lead with hands on development experience
-   Experience in delivering and understanding the lifecycle of software and what it takes to make long lasting solutions
-   Deep knowledge and experience with different database technologies like MS SQL, Hadoop, Cloudera, HIVE, Cassandra, Hadoop
-   Have experience with big data challenges like  capturing, modifying, searching, sharing, storing, etc.
-   Experience in financial industry.
