You are willing to invest time in educating yourself and fellow team members within the workings of various Android test setups including VTS & CTS and explore methods for integrating appropriate functional and performance testing into the CD pipeline using suitable frameworks e.g. Espresso, Robot framework, etc, leading and supporting efforts to transition from existing to new ones.
