Lead developer to a Marketing start-up

Like in the current revolution of self-driving cars where algorithms, computer vision, neuroscience and machine learning from thousands of cars are utilized to reduce human bias in making the best possible decision for the road ahead, Fieldstream is empowering a unified fleet of automatized marketers in analyzing marketing investments, campaigns, and consumer behavior to guarantee the best possible return on marketing investments and securing the best path forward. Fieldstream gives all participating marketers a tool to see what effect their marketing has and guidelines for how to plan their marketing strategy, spanning everything from overall channel selection to campaign creation.

The role

Fieldstream is offering a unique opportunity for a skilled programmer to join as Lead Developer. You will join us in an exciting phase as one of the early hires.You will have a central role in developing our core products and together with the CTO and Head of ML Engineering take decisions on the tech stack and overall architecture. We believe that you are greatwith backend, but geven better if you are comfortable with frontend development as well. You are interested in devops, but most of all you are an excellent coder and problem solver.

Qualifications / Must haves for the role

- Excellent developer skills (writing understandable code is more important than algorithmic excellence)

- Experience working with databases and designing data storage strategies
- Good understanding of devops (pipelines for getting code into production, monitoring and alerting)
- Good systems architecture skills
- Knowledge of cloud, with the specific architecture, security and devops concerns (we’re running on GCP, but AWS or Azure is fine)


Merits / Nice to haves for the role

- An understanding of frontend development such as React or Vue
- Experience and/or interest in blockchain development
- Working experience from web3 platforms such as Sandbox or Decentraland
- Experience from ad tech


If you are super experienced, that’s great! If you have less experience but raw talent, also great! In any case we are looking for someone with a strong drive and a tendency to be as passionate about building and creating stuff as we are. And we would love to welcome a big genius =)

You will be a part of a small team of ten people with different excellent competences on a high academic level. You will also be a part of the beginning of a large adventure where the investors and the funding is safe and set. As part of the early team, you will be offered both stock option and token options in addition to your generous salary. This role is very important for us since we still have an open mind regarding what programming languages and tools to use. We are a chill team, with a drive to build this together and when we try to solve problems, we don’t quit until we solve it - no matter what!
