Lead Engineer - Hybrid / E-Drive

* Product definition for hybridization and electrification of vehicle powertrains
* Coordination of objectives and responsibilities with in-house and external customers
* Management, development, and expansion of specialist technical know-how
Technical supervision and knowledge transfer to colleagues
* Management of electrification sub-projects / Coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation
* Preparing quotes to our customers

* University degree in Engineering
* Extensive experience within automotive industry within Electric propulsion systems, Transmissions, Electric Machines, and Power Electronics
* Experience in E-Drive testing and measurement technology 
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (includes on-site presentations at customers, Swedish is meritorious)
* Leadership skills, good in motivating others
* Team- and network builder
* Target- and business-oriented
* High level of integrity and responsibility
