Lead Engineer - Hybrid / E-Drive

Lead Engineer - Hybrid / E-Drive

* Technical authority and decision-maker on assigned projects within his field of responsibility
* Product definition for hybridization and electrification of vehicle powertrains, i.e.  translate customer needs into technical requirements
* Guides, assess and reviews of the daily work of the project members and provides guidance to ensure the accuracy and quality of work according to the relevant guidelines and processes
* Management, development, and expansion of specialist technical know-how
* Management of electrification sub-projects / Coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation
* Prepares and delivers technical status presentations to the customer
* Reviews and releases technical reports and other technical-relevant documents.
* Supports business development by providing expertise in customer meetings as well as supporting the acquisition process of project proposals, including follow-up projects and/or project extension

* University degree in Engineering
* Extensive experience within automotive industry within Electric propulsion systems, Transmissions, Electric Machines, and Power Electronics
* Experience in E-Drive testing and measurement technology  
* Knowledge of project management principles according to automotive development processes
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (includes on-site presentations at customers, Swedish is meritorious)
* Leadership skills, good in motivating others 
* Team- and network builder
* Self-directed, systematic, and structured approach to work
* High level of integrity and responsibility
* Driving license
